What data does the Hubstaff Silent App capture?

The Silent App can capture time, activity levels, idle time, screenshots, and app and URL usage based on your organization’s tracking policies and settings. Activity levels measure the percentage of mouse and keyboard activity. Note that Hubstaff does not track individual keystrokes. Screenshots are optional and can be customized accordingly. Hubstaff does not provide webcam monitoring.

Does the Hubstaff Silent App affect computer performance?
