Wise fee terms and conditions

These terms apply exclusively to organizations utilizing the Hubstaff-Wise integration for contractor payments and payroll disbursements.

Transaction Fee Policy

• Zero transaction fee for Wise-to-Wise transfers:  When funds are transferred between two Wise accounts, the standard $1.50 transaction fee is waived. This benefit applies only within the Hubstaff-Wise integration.

• Standard fees for bank transfers: Transfers between a Wise account and a traditional bank account do not qualify for the waived fee. In such cases, Wise’s standard transaction fees will apply.

Foreign Exchange (FX) Fees

• FX fees may apply depending on:

  • Currencies involved in the transfer  

  • Destination country  

  • Total transfer amount 

  • Payment method

  • And other criteria 

  Note: All applicable FX fees are transparently displayed on Wise’s website.

Hubstaff’s Role in Fee Processing

• Hubstaff does not add, collect, or retain any additional fees beyond those charged by Wise.

• All payment processing, including fee calculation and collection, is handled directly by Wise.

Refunds and Reversals

• Any refund or reversal requests will be processed according to Wise’s internal timelines and policies.

• Hubstaff does not control or expedite Wise’s refund processes.

Policy Updates

• This fee policy is subject to change without prior notice, in alignment with any updates Wise makes to its fee structure.
