Billing is annual-only across every paid tier, so there’s no month-to-month option if you want to commit gradually. Some other things to note are:

  • Screenshots and live screen capture are included with the Screen Details add-on. 
  • They are not part of the base plan, regardless of which tier you’re on. 
  • Deeper integrations like HRIS sync, the ActivConnect API, and custom BI dashboards are also add-ons rather than included features.
