How Hubstaff Enterprise works

  1. Set up an Enterprise plan

    Contact sales to set up a Hubstaff Enterprise Plan and download Hubstaff for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, or iOS. If you already have a Hubstaff plan, you can go to Settings > Billing > Change plan. Then, tweak settings to track time on company-owned devices in the background, set up 2FA, and enable faster sign-ons through SSO with Azure, Google Workspace, Office 365, and more. 

  2. Track time and activity

    Hubstaff records working time, keyboard and mouse activity, screenshots, and more without disrupting daily tasks. Employees can seamlessly track time on different projects and tasks while managers gain real-time visibility.

  3. Access in-depth insights

    Hubstaff’s Enterprise plan gives users access to the full suite of features like time tracking, timesheets, employee activity, payments, and reporting. The key difference between the enterprise plan and other Hubstaff plans is the ability to gauge employee activity in the background on corporate devices using the Corporate app. Enterprise users also have access to add-ons like Tasks for project management and Insights for employee data at no additional cost.
